Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Jackaroni LLC ("Mailbox Rev", "we", "us"), Leander, Texas, collects through mailboxrev.com (the "Site"), what we do with it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Only what you type into our forms and what a web server records by default.

• Contact form: name, business, email or phone, and your message. If you give a phone number, we may call you about your request.
• Finder form: name, email or phone, what you do, and who you know. Please share only business details about the people you mention, and only what you are comfortable sharing.
• Partnership form: name, company and website, work email, and your description of your product.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, recorded by our hosting provider in ordinary server logs. Forms also use a hidden field and a timing check to block spam bots. These do not identify you. Fonts and scripts load from our own hosting, not from third parties.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, passwords, payment card numbers, bank details or government ID numbers. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the Site is meant for businesses.

2. How we use it

To reply to you, to evaluate finder and partnership applications, to set up programs you ask about, to keep the Site secure, and to meet legal duties. We do not use your information for automated decisions about you.

3. Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to Josh Lange and Mike Neri, saved in a spreadsheet, and entered in our contact-management tool, all within our Google Workspace and related business tools. These service providers process data only for us.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host the Site and store our records.
• A program partner, if you ask us to introduce you or set up a program for your business, and only what that introduction needs.
• Authorities or advisors, where the law requires it or to protect legal rights.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or merged, under the same promises made here.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that ever changes, we will update this page first and add a notice where the law requires one.

6. Email and opt-out

We email you only about what you asked us about, and about programs related to it. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and you can also write to info@mailboxrev.com and say stop. We will stop, and we will remember not to contact you again.

7. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as needed for the purpose above, and then delete or anonymize them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@mailboxrev.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee it.

10. Other sites

Links to other sites, including our partners', are covered by their own policies, not this one.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
