Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026These terms cover your use of mailboxrev.com (the "Site"), operated by Jackaroni LLC ("Mailbox Rev", "we", "us"), Leander, Texas. By using the Site or sending us a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site describes revenue programs offered to venues and businesses, and lets you contact us, apply to be a finder, or apply for a partnership. It is information, not an offer or a contract. Nothing on the Site guarantees any program, approval, payment or result.
2. Programs and availability
Whether a program fits your business depends on your equipment, your location and your agreement with the program partner. Any program is governed by its own written agreement, which controls over anything on the Site.
3. How program agreements and fees work
Mailbox Rev introduces venues and businesses to partner programs. In most cases, the agreement for a program is made directly between you and the partner, on the partner's own contract and terms.
Mailbox Rev and its parent company, Jackaroni LLC, may earn a commission or referral fee from a partner when a business signs up for its program.
4. No revenue promises
We do not publish earnings, rates or estimates on the Site. Any figure discussed later with you by a person is an estimate for that conversation only, and is not a guarantee.
5. Forms and what you send us
Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, bank details or government ID numbers through any form. Submitting a form does not create a business relationship, a partnership or an obligation for either side.
6. Finders
Applying to be a finder does not make you our agent, employee or representative. Pay for introductions is set only in a separate written agreement, before any introduction counts.
7. Partnership applications
Applying does not guarantee a partnership. We may decline any application for any reason and are not required to explain. Information you share about your product is used as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information you are not willing to share for evaluation; we do not accept anything as confidential without a signed agreement.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, no automated form submissions, no false or misleading information, and no use that breaks the law.
9. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design and images belong to us or our licensors. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify their programs. You may link to the Site, and you may not copy it or imply we endorse you without our written consent.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, including our partners'. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mailbox Rev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
