Carrier Wi-Fi

Earn from the Wi-Fi you already have.

Hudson House routes mobile-carrier data through an isolated layer of your venue's Wi-Fi, and the venue earns a share.

Who it fits

Is it for you?

Any venue with foot traffic and Wi-Fi: hotels, bars and lounges, restaurants, entertainment venues, fitness clubs, coworking spaces and multi-location groups. More guests staying longer is a better fit.

How it works

A separate, secure network sits beside your current Wi-Fi. Your main network is untouched.

FAQ

About Hudson House

01How does the venue earn?
Carriers pay when their subscribers use your Wi-Fi, and the venue receives recurring payments for that traffic.
02How much will we earn?
It depends on your traffic, how long guests stay and carrier coverage in your area. We will not guess on a web page, and a person walks you through it on a call.
03Do we need new equipment?
No new hardware. If a particular location needs an upgrade, we say so up front.
04Will it slow down our Wi-Fi or affect guests and staff?
No. The carrier layer is separate from your primary network. Guest Wi-Fi, point of sale and back-of-house systems carry on as normal.
05Is it secure?
Yes, by design. It runs on its own network name and virtual network, sign-in is by SIM card, and it has no access to your systems or data.
06What do we need to do?
Send us your location and network details, we run a short fit check, and setup takes about an hour with your IT team, done remotely.
07Does it work with our Wi-Fi equipment?
Most business-grade systems work. We check yours on the intake, and we tell you if something will not.
08Can we turn it off?
Yes. You can switch the offload network off at any time. Once you are under contract, we ask for 30 days' notice so the carriers can unwind it properly.
